Soul Connection

What does it mean to live a Soul connected life? The word Soul is not meant to imply any religious connotation. Instead it is a word meant to point to the true aspect of who we are. Underneath all the surface of names, nationality, gender, etc. There is simply awareness. That is who we are. Soul, energy, consciousness. It doesn’t matter what you want to call it. That is the word I choose to use, if you have one that fits nicer into your understanding then use it.

I work with people to connect them back to this aspect of who they are to live a more harmonious, sustainable, and meaningful life.

What is Holistic Healing and Mindset Coaching?

Holistic Healing is about bringing together the aspects of our different parts. Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual. I do this by incorporating knowledge of food nutrition and body movement (physical), bringing awareness of thoughts and beliefs (mental), finding the actual feeling on an energetic level and not cognitive level (emotional), and helping to hold space to connect to the truest deepest aspect of oneself through some deep introspection (spiritual).

Mindset Coaching is bringing in how your thoughts really control your life. Not necessarily in a New Age way, but one backed by neuroscience.  I have devoted my time and attention to learning about the latest research in consciousness studies, and the techniques I use involve changing thought patterns, philosophical introspection, and altered states of consciousness (deep breathing, meditation, and fasting). Among many others.

Is this right for you?

Here is the thing, you are in charge of your life. I am here to share my talents and skills to help, but you are the one who is going to be doing the work. I am there to hold space and work with you. Not tell you what to do. Some of the things that I work with to help people live a more Soul Connected live include:

  • Living more presently and getting rid of thought and belief patterns that are no longer serving you

Who am I?

I am first and foremost a human being, just like you. I have dedicated my life to studying the mystery of the human experience. I have been studying Psychology and Neuroscience for the past 10 years. The last 3 years has really peaked my interest in consciousness studies. I have a passion for helping people connect to themselves because I believe when we are connected to our authentic self we help create not just a better individual life, but one where all of us can thrive and enjoy the human experience.
